- Designing an effective commission scheme and conducting a cost simulation to align with business. Coordinate with sales departments to ensure sales motivation while managing commissions within budget.
- Optimize the compensation plan to align with sales goals and profitability.
- Streamline and execute calculating commission for timely and accurate monthly payments.
- Create a detailed and accurate commission document that includes all necessary terms, conditions, and figures related to the commission structure and agreement for Signed.
