รายละเอียดงาน
1.Assist company administration functions and day to day operations
2.Assist setting up working environment including arrangement of office furniture, computer, telecommunication including company mobile, internet, and multifunction machine
3.Prepare payment vouchers, journal vouchers and accounting related documents
4. Coordinate with the accounting firm to share accounting and finance information of the Company
5. Apply and control correct VAT, Withholding tax and Social Security applications with the support of accounting firm
6. Assist preparation on monthly cash plan of the Company
7. Any other matters incidental or related to the above
Working Hours：Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:00
Location : BTS Ploenjit

- Good command of English
- Hoped-for experience in payment work or simple documentation and basic skill such as PC skill (MS word, Excel, PPT, MS-Teams)
