รายละเอียดงาน
1. Develop and execute HR plans and strategies to support the overall business growth plans and strategic direction of the Company
2. Set policies and guidelines, supervise and monitor Organizational Development, Organizational Structure, Manpower Planning to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives
3. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for permanent employees to meet business direction and strategies in responsible function
4. Drive the effective training and development approaches to further build the skills and capabilities of all staff levels
5. Manage and ensure accuracy of monthly payroll and required payments to all parties
6. Support management by providing human resources development advice, counsel, and decisions, analyzing information and applications.
7. Perform other related tasks and special projects that may be required
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor/Master's Degree in Human Resource or related field Relevant experience 5 years up
- Having a basic understanding of modern HR concepts, tools, and implementation such as career development, performance management, and People Analytics
- Knowledge of Thai Labor Law
- Hands-on, self-motivated and results-oriented
- Strong leadership ability with good interpersonal and communication skills
