-Manage the implementation of recruitment activities in order to ensure that people with the right skills and capabilities are hired and the recruitment process is conducted efficiently &, cost-effectively.
-Administer the organization’s compensation and benefits in accordance with established policies so that employees receive the appropriate compensation and benefits for their position.
-Conduct employee orientation program so that new employees are quickly integrated into the organization.
-Direct the organization’s training and development activities in order to ensure that training activities are conducted efficiently, cost-effectively and in accordance with the organization’s policies and standards.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Admin or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experiences
- Independent, detail-minded with strong problem-solving skill
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
