- Developing and implementing strategies to address any issues or challenges affecting sales performance.
- To create strong and successful team (Air Condition / Refrigeration) and also develop customer networks.
- To create effective 3-5 year strategies for refrigeration business expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as operations, Installation, Service and Finance & Accounting, and related teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Updating on industry trends, market developments that may affect sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and analyses to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
