*Supervise the entire operations team at Power House and Pakse sub, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. *Monitor daily operations of the hydropower plant to ensure optimal performance. *Ensure the proper functioning of turbines and generators, including start-up, shutdown, and load management. *Address any immediate operational issues that arise during shifts. *Lead the response to operational anomalies, including equipment failures, and direct troubleshooting efforts. *When Necessary, Coordinate with EGAT&EDL NCC Team related to Operation. *Maintain logs of incidents and coordinate with maintenance teams for timely resolutions. *Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for plant operations, ensuring clarity and compliance. *Ensure timely communication regarding generation capabilities and operational constraints. *Train staff on their roles and responsibilities in emergency communication scenarios. *Actively monitor the progress of maintenance activities that take place daily. *Oversee the creation and tracking of work orders for maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and documentation of maintenance activities. *Establish a feedback loop with the maintenance team to discuss completed work, identify any recurring issues, and make adjustments to procedures as necessary. *Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, and areas for improvement. *Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend corrective actions. *Reporting of an emergencies and incidents and near misses. *Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. *Perform other duties as assigned by Operation Manager, Senior Operation line Manager and Plant Manager.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

A bachelor degree in an electrical or hydro is preferred.
7 years of related experience and good knowledge in operation
Proven experience in hydropower operations or a related field.
Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of safety regulations and environmental compliance.
Proficient in relevant software and systems for monitoring and reporting.
Good relationships, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English.
