Responsible
1. Control all production processes, make sure all comply with plans in term of quantity, quality, cost, lead time and the schedule of each production
2.Planning Raw Material and organizing monthly production schedule and manpower by following company’s strategy and client’s request
3. Contact and coordinate with the parent company in Japan (Japanese)
4. Works with QC /Maintenance team to improve quality or reduce defect rate%
5.Develop, Improve and solving the problems about production line
6.Report over all of production process performance to Managing Director
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female/ Age 38Y-45Y
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Need experience 5 years in manufacturing and management level.
- Good Command in English (Japanese will be advantage)
- Knowledge of sewing process of motor vehicle interior (will be given special consideration)
- Good knowledge of IATF16949, Safety, 5S.
- Able to read drawing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and perform well under pressure.
- Good mindset and good communication
