We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our team in achieving exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset, with the ability to drive store strategies through transformational and data-driven decision-making. This role requires a leader who can build agile and adaptable teams, coach and mentor staff, champion transparency, and optimize resources effectively Location: Rachaphruek, Bangyai, Nakhon Pathom, Ubon Ratchathani, Surin, and other branches Job Responsibilities: - Develop store strategies to achieve revenue and KPIs of the stores. - Coordinate with other specific departments to facilitate growth and achieve target - Monitor and Manage operation and customer experience - Ensuring smooth daily operations and high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent services - Engage on customer centricity to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic, and optimize profitability - Motivate and develop team, recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training staff with evaluation - Mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff to improve staff’s knowledge base - Develops the store management team within the district to deliver legendary customer experiences in all stores.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
Experience 4-5 years plus in any retail business.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English or Japanese and Thai
Strong Management and communication skills
Able to manage, motivate, coach, and develop people
Open to mobile and work in upcountry
