รายละเอียดงาน
• Providing legal advisory to the management and business operation.
• Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international.
• Controlling Contract Management System and support all user in Thai Yazaki Group.
• Supporting and control all works in team.
• Investigating and providing solution when legal/compliance issues occur.
• Other works as assigned.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday from 8.00 - 5.00 p.m.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Lawyer's License and/or Graduate from Thai Bar is preferable.
- Good command of English (TOEIC 650 up)
- Minimum 7 years working experience in legal field.
- Experience in field such as Document Control, ISO Management System, etc. is preferable.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
