Main Purpose:
The primary objective of the General Corporate Management role at NV Gotion Co., Ltd. is to ensure the seamless and efficient functioning of both office and plant facilities. This position is pivotal in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment conducive to productivity. By overseeing travel arrangements, visitor management, and a variety of administrative functions, the General Corporate Management plays a key role in upholding the company's professional image and operational effectiveness.
Principal Accountabilities:
• Office and Plant Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and plant facilities. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized working environment.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation. Ensure efficient scheduling and cost-effective travel solutions.
• Visitor Management: Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Maintain visitor logs and security protocols.
• Pest Control: Manage pest control activities to ensure a hygienic and pest-free environment.
• Government Relationship and Permits: Manage relationships with government authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary permits.
• Construction Work Management: Supervise construction projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Industrial Waste Management: Oversee proper handling and disposal of industrial waste, ensuring compliance with environmental standards.
• Canteen Management: Manage the company canteen, overseeing catering services, food safety, and quality.
• Housekeeper and Gardener: Supervise housekeeping and gardening staff, maintaining cleanliness and aesthetics of the office and plant areas.
• Security Guard: Oversee the security team, ensuring the safety and security of the premises and personnel.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail is crucial.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite. Familiarity with office management software (e.g., MS Office) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to think critically and make decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing work environment.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Have a service mind and work well under pressure.
- Understand the Chinese work culture and various nationalities.
