To oversee the operations of the restaurant/cafe division of the fashion lifestyle brand and perform the supervision of team members, by proactive, interactive and reactive leadership, allowing each member of the team to feel confident and to completely satisfy our guests during their mealexperience.
- Oversee and manage a group of food retail outlet operations.
- Collaborate with different supporting units in order to achieve set targets or increase operation efficiency.
- Oversee and manage all financial aspects of the outlet businesses so that it meet the company's target.
- Ensure that each operation team can correctly identify on-going problems or issues and help them to solve the problem or continuously improve the level of service.
- Responsible for service excellence and ability to maintain product quality in all outlets.
- Lead with seasonal / ad hoc projects necessary in order to meet the company's goals.
- Ensure operation teamachieve internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Improve leadership, team building and empowerment skills of individual managers.
- Provide necessary training to develop performance of staffs in each brand.
