- Enter customer order data into the system for the carrier to pick up the parcel.
- Follow up and coordinate between the customer and the pickup department.
- Manage and solve problems regarding the pickup of parcels successfully.
- Collect and organize customer claims data and assist in filing when necessary.
- Prepare monthly shipping bills for customers and process the bills on time.
- Create a contract for the transportation service under the conditions agreed upon with the customer.

Bachelor's degree in any field
Has work experience in logistics industry for 2-3 years is a must
Language Skills: Good command of English
Good cross-team communication and coordination skills, proactive, responsible, with a spirit of ownership
Be able to use MS Office especially Excel (Pivot, Vloopup)
Accept 6 working days per week. Sat WFH
Basic understanding of user experience principles and regulatory compliance requirements.
