รายละเอียดงาน
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
Provide detailed product/service information and answer questions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Order Processing:Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry into the system.Confirm orders with customers, including pricing, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, procurement) to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist the sales team with quotes, proposals, and follow-ups.
Maintain customer accounts and sales databases, updating relevant information.
- Track and report on sales metrics, including order status and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Follow up on customer satisfaction post-sales to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
- Manage client feedback and work with the sales team to improve service offerings.
- Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of sales documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Maintain an organized filing system for orders and customer documentation.
- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
