รายละเอียดงาน
Import-Export 1. Manage all import-export work of the company and customs formalities. 2. Contact and coordinate with shipping lines, shipping companies and internal departments of the company. 3. Check import-export documents and various documents, check transportation documents and invoices. 4. Prepare and check import-export documents such as invoices, packing lists. 5. Coordinate booking of containers, including trucks, tractors. 6. Check the price of taxes and duties of each type of goods to be in accordance with the customs tariff. 7. Plan and manage the transportation of both import and export goods. 8. Contact and coordinate with sales department in Taiwan. 9. Submit the cost of origin and submit the certificate of origin form C/O FTA, Form D, E, AK, AI in the DFT system. 10. Deliver documents to customers. BOI 1. Request approval and extension of position and stay in the country for foreign craftsmen and their families 2. Report on the performance of the promoted projects BOI e-Monitoring / BOI e-Is
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Male-Female, age 25 years and above
  2. Able to communicate in English at a good level. Can speak Chinese is a plus.
  3. Educational qualifications: Diploma - Bachelor's degree
  4. Experience working in IMPORT, EXPORT at least 3 years. Having experience in Freezone or BOI is a plus.
  5. Knowledge of VISA, WORKPERMIT will be given special consideration
  6. Able to use computers well, including MS office and ERP
  7. Able to drive a car, have a driver's license
  8. Able to work under pressure, adaptable, enthusiastic
  9. Able to work as a team, cooperate with supervisors and colleagues
  10. Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 systems
  11. Able to travel to work by yourself (no shuttle)
  12. Able to start work immediately will be given special consideration
