Employment Terms: Permanent staff (Full-time)
Report to: CFO
Subordinate: 3 staff (Lawyer)
Working Days: Monday - Friday (07.30-16.30, or 08.30-17.30)
Work Location: Italthai Tower, New Petchburi Road
Near MRT Phetchaburi Station / BTS Phrom Pong Station / Italthai Pier

Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage legal risks in construction projects, including contracts, litigation, and related disputes.
2. Draft and review construction contracts, such as agreements with contractors, clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
3. Provide legal advice on project operations and recommend safe and legally compliant practices.
4. Liaise with government agencies, courts, and external law firms to manage and prevent legal cases.
5. Review and update company legal policies and procedures to align with new regulations related to the construction business.
6. Act as a consultant on legal issues in projects, including contract dispute negotiations.
7. Advise management on legal risks in large-scale projects to prevent long-term legal issues.
8. Manage legal cases from preliminary negotiations to court proceedings and serve as a representative in dispute resolution.
9. Oversee and manage the company’s legal team, including lawyers and legal staff, ensuring their expertise and efficiency.
10. Promote and train the legal team on relevant legal updates, enabling them to effectively support various company projects.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with an Attorney License.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal work, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge and experience in handling construction contracts and resolving contractual disputes.
- Proficient in English Writing & Reading (TOEIC score of 700 or above is a plus).
- Ability to manage legal cases and provide legal consultation for large-scale projects efficiently.
- Has strong compromise, negotiation, and coordination skills
- Capable of managing complex projects under pressure and handling urgent legal issues effectively.
- Proven experience in managing and developing a legal team, with skills in team leadership and training for improved efficiency.
