Position: Accountant Team: Accounting & Finance Reporting to Accounting Manager We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring timely processing of invoices, managing payments, and reconciling accounts. Project: Support HK office project Key Responsibilities Accounts Payable (AP) - Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and employee expense reports. - Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices. - Maintain relationships with vendors and handle inquiries and disputes. - Reconcile AP ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and correctly posted. Accounts Receivable (AR) - Generate and send customer invoices in a timely manner. - Track payments and follow up on overdue accounts. - Reconcile AR ledger to ensure accurate financial reporting. - Assist with the resolution of billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  2. 3 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on AP & AR.
  3. Strong understanding of accounting
  4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for handling vendor and customer interactions.
  6. Able to communicate in English
