รายละเอียดงาน
- Review daily stock and ensure timely transfers to avoid out-of-stock issues.
- Respond promptly to inquiries about inventory information that may impact sales.
- Manage all co-packing operations (normal items, multipack SKUs, and special requests) by creating a co-packing plan, managing capacity, and monitoring stock to ensure timely completion of both finished goods and premium items.
- Allocate stock in the system for both finished goods and premium items, and prepare daily and monthly summary reports on stock reservations.
- Coordinate with distributors to issue inbound purchase orders for stock receiving, and resolve any operational problems related to inventory management (e.g., quality control holding, transfer delays, co-packing, documentation, etc.).
- Monitor stock aging and report to the commercial team to minimize discards.
- Conduct monthly physical checks of market hygiene, damaged goods, and distributor returns.
- Create and maintain material master records in the system, monitor premium stock movements, and provide a report with an action plan to control premium stocks at distributors.
- Support any issues related to product master and daily stock reports.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Holds Bachelor's degree in General Management / Logistic / Supply chain or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in supply planning/Inventory management.
- Has Good excel skill.
