รายละเอียดงาน
- Gather and analyze business requirements to identify needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, project management, and operations, to design and implement solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and identify trends or issues.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and validate requirements.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure solutions meet business needs.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role (at least [8] years).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make recommendations.
- Experience in Insurance business (Motor) or Health Insurance, Life Insurance is must.
- CRM: Salesforce / Exp. in Business Consult Role
- ERP: Oracle products or Microsoft Dynamics NAV/AX/GP (AP/AR/GL Module)
- Have good knowledge and understanding of accounting systems.
- Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement techniques.
