The PMO / Project Coordinator will support the Product Team by tracking project progress, coordinating team activities, and ensuring the timely completion of tasks.
1. Project Planning: Collaborate with the Product Team to develop detailed project plans and ensure effective budget planning and tracking.
2. Task Coordination: Assist the Product Team in coordinating tasks across different teams and aligning them with project timelines and objectives.
3. Communication: Facilitate clear and effective communication between the team, focusing on bridging gaps between the product and developer teams.
4. Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to inform stakeholders of progress and potential issues.
5. Follow-Up: Regularly follow up with team members to track task progress and ensure deadlines are met.
6. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, task lists, and status reports.
7. Meeting Support: Schedule, organize, and support project meetings, including preparing agendas and documenting key takeaways and action items.
