•Designing and implementing strategic planning in Human Resources Management & Development
•Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits, pay roll, performance evaluation, training & development, counseling, employee conduct, and disciplinary issues. Build up employee relations activities to inspire peaceful employee relationships with the Company.
•Plan and manage recruitment strategy to be in line with company’s manpower planning. To manage recruitment activity and campaigns

•Manage and coordinate employee drug testing in accordance with company policy.
•Plan and organize employees' work schedules appropriately and efficiently.
•Coordinate and manage monthly health check-ups for employees.
•Collect and summarize overtime (OT) and monthly allowance reports
