Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Assist in coordinating with the Talent Acquisition team for the final interview with line manager, new employee onboarding, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed according to the labor law and internal audit requirements.

Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files, employment contracts, training records and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and confidentiality requirements.

Data Management: Generate reports such as manpower, OT, leave for HR analysis to identify the trends and make data-driven recommendations.

Employee Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including life/health insurance, social security, provident fund, retirement plans, uniform, annual check-up and leave management. Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits and ensure timely processing of benefit-related documentation.

Payroll Support: Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll by keying the data of attendance records, leave balances, and other relevant data such as OT, allowance, deduction, including all movements of new hired, rehired, resigned, promoted, and transferred.

HR Policies and Procedures: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company guidelines. Communicate policy updates to employees and provide guidance on policy interpretation.

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees and site managers regarding HR-related inquiries, such as leaves, benefits, and policies. Assist in resolving employee concerns and conflicts for speak up program, handling employee misconduct and escalating issues as necessary to HRBP, Assistant Manager.
