Design and Develop: Create compelling banner graphics, web graphics, packaging designs, visual merchandising displays, and brand identities. Ensure all designs align with GQEASY's brand guidelines and business objectives. Project Management: Take charge of all graphic design projects from conception to completion. Work independently to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. Collaboration and Feedback: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Actively seek and incorporate feedback to improve designs and meet brand standards. Adaptability and Efficiency: Quickly adapt to frequent urgent requests and tight deadlines. Maintain high-quality standards while working efficiently under pressure. Hybrid role between the two main teams that manage the creative for the brand
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including visual merchandising display, banner graphics, web graphics, packaging, photo retouch, and brand identity.
  4. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  5. Experience with FMCG displays, packaging, and marketing materials
  6. Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
  7. Ability to work independently and think creatively.
  8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  10. Ability to learn from feedback and continuously improve design quality.
  11. Good Communication in English
