• Manage sales team leader by setting strategies to lead to the achievement of goals.
• Analyze data, competitors or promotions, including finding solution to increase market share to meet the company's goals.
• Push - motivate team and build good relationships with customers.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- 30 - 45 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years of General Trade or Traditional Trade sales experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in managing sales teams at the local or regional level.
- Good command in English skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge and skills in sales management, estimation, and sales development.
- Leadership, problem solving, and strategic team management.
