รายละเอียดงาน
- Manage procurement of non-seed products for various departments, including packaging, sales, IT, and maintenance.
- Evaluate bids, negotiate prices, and analyze vendors to ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time deliveries from suppliers.
- Support cost-saving initiatives and strategies to meet savings targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to evaluate and improve performance, and assist with ERP system implementation.
Work with the legal team for contract reviews and monitor procurement reports (PR/PO, spending, cost-saving).
- Ensure ISO standards compliance and improve controls to prevent audit issues.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in chemical and fertilizer procurement is a plus.
- Strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth understanding of procurement processes and ability to suggest improvements.
- At least 6 years of experience in purchasing.
- Proficient in computer skills and English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, attention to detail, and work under pressure.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
