About us
We are an ecommerce company selling products in the EU and the US, in the health & wellness niche.
Our team is fully remote.

Who you are
We seek a smart person capable of handling various tasks and projects.
You will coordinate with multiple sub-contractors, freelancers, and suppliers. That means you need to be at ease with communicating with people, either online or in person.
The company is English-speaking, and you will assist the procurement and logistics manager in dealing with our Chinese suppliers. As a consequence, you need to read and write English and Chinese.
Ideally, you have prior experience in e-commerce, procurement, or logistics. However, we also accept applicants with no previous experience as long as they are keen to learn fast and pay extra attention to details.
What you will do
Procurement and Logistics - 40%
Reorder existing products
Logistics solutions in China and Taiwan: get freight forwarder quotes, arrange goods pickup, manage the export process
Sourcing and New Product Development - 40%
Find and evaluate new suppliers
Convey product needs and work with suppliers to create prototypes
Prepare and negotiate contracts and agreements
During new product launches - 10%
Create user manual, color boxes
Work with photographer and videographer to produce marketing content
Compensation & benefits
3 hours per day, Monday to Friday
$6.5 / hour ($390 / month)

- Ability to work in a remote team (you will work from home)
- Located in Thailand (ideally in Chiang Mai, but not a must)
- Willing to travel occasionally within Thailand
