• Serving as the first point of contact for computers, devices ex. printer etc. including system and network. • Manage all the workstation for fully equipped and well connected to system and network all times. • Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions. • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers. • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel. • Provide accurate information on IT products or services. • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  2. Proven experiences with Microsoft 365, One driver & share point.
  3. Proven experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role for at least 1year.
  4. Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer setup, system and network etc.
  5. Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  6. Ability to diagnose, customer-oriented, and resolve basic technical issues.
  7. Proficiency in English Excellent communication skills.
