network.
• Manage all the workstation for fully equipped and well connected to system and network all
times.
• Performing troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
• Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
• Provide accurate information on IT products or services.
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร - Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Proven experiences with Microsoft 365, One driver & share point.
- Proven experience as a help desk technician or other IT customer support role for at least 1year.
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of computer setup, system and network etc.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose, customer-oriented, and resolve basic technical issues.
- Proficiency in English Excellent communication skills.
