รายละเอียดงาน- Coordinate with Sales, logistics partners, and customers to follow up the order and achieve customer requirement until completed process.
- Attend to all customer inquiries via telephone or email and to response timely and accurately. Ensure all customer requirements has been effect & follows with the standard working procedure.
- Managing and organizing import and export shipments. Monitor, resolve and follow up closely with customers on any customer complaints, incidents and irregularities.
- Ability to issue an import and export shipping documents and complete in system accurately with in KPI.
- Quoting to customer/agents, tracking the status of each shipment, communicating and coordinating with customers, oversea agents and suppliers.
- Maintain a proper and efficient filing system of all documents for easy and systematic retrieval.
- Other tasks as assigned.
