Job Description
• Assist in creating sales proposals, presentations, and quotes.
• Prepare estimates, purchase orders, and invoices with accuracy and efficiency.
• Handle customs clearance for imports, including paperwork and communication with customs authorities.
• Coordinate with customers and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
• Manage customer and supplier databases.
• Provide support to customers after sales.
• Keep accurate records of sales, customer details, and inventory.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses as needed.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
**Office will relocate to Bang Na area in November 2024**
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Japanese or any related fields.
- At least 2 years of experiences as a Sales Assistant.
- Proficiency in Japanese. (Have JLPTN3+ would be advantage)
- Good Understanding of Trade Business.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skill.
