Job Description: As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including users, IT business analysts, IT development teams, and vendors, to review and analyze business requirements, plan and execute test strategies, and manage the overall QA process. Responsibilities: •Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and project scope with users, IT business analysts, IT development teams, and vendors. •Plan projects with appropriate strategies and timelines to cover testing scope and impact, and review plans with PM, PO, IT manager, and CTO. •Prepare resources, materials, equipment, and test environments in collaboration with users, IT development teams, and vendors according to the test strategy and plan. •Set up UAT kickoff projects with end users and IT development teams or vendors to understand the test plan and scope. •Lead end users to develop test cases and scripts based on business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans and scope. •Apply automated test tool scripts for regression testing. •Lead end users in executing test plans, scopes, cases, and scripts. •Manage and track issues, collaborating with IT business analysts, IT development teams, and vendors to resolve and close issues. •Regularly update project status to all related parties to ensure project completion. •Review test results with end users to ensure project quality. •Prepare project sign-off documents and obtain approval from related business owners before implementation. •Provide consulting with end users and IT teams during the post-implementation period.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Testing or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in lead or team management roles.
Strong background in the SDLC process.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
