WORK HOURS: 40 hours per week CLOSING DATE: October 10, 2024 BASIC FUNCTIONS REQUIRED: The skilled inspector is responsible for safety inspections of government owned, capital leased, and short-term leased office and residential properties. Inspections includes mechanic, electrical, architectural, and structural systems. The position is part of the Facility (FAC) Management Office team. The incumbent is directly supervised by the Locally Employed Assistant Engineer (Inspection and Project). This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and/or holidays. คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Education: A Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical is required.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience working as a Building/Electrical/Mechanical/Thermography Inspector, or related inspection works in a manufacturing plant, gas/oil exploration plant/major hotel/resort/hospital/office complex, large school, or university is required
Language: Good working knowledge (Reading/Writing/Speaking) of Thai and English is required. Please clarify level of your ENGLISH and THAI language skills. You can submit a copy of valid TOEIC score (Listening and Reading Section) of at least 600, or pass the English Placement Test (EPT) that is conducted by the Human Resources Office. (This may be tested)
Skills: A valid Thai driver’s license for the class of vehicle(s) assigned. A copy of Thai driver’s license is required with application). Incumbent must be at least 25 years old. A valid driver's license for a minimum of five years is required.)
Must be able to read/interpret civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, riser diagram, blueprints, technical handbooks and construction documents in both Thai and English.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to handle a large workload and multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge: Must know how to diagnose the root cause of an electrical/mechanical problem and equipment will be needed to facilitate repairs.
