รายละเอียดงาน
•Oversee and manage all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regulations.
•Develop and implement strategies to increase top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability.
•Handle import and export shipments for all INCOTERMS via air, sea, and land (cross-border) transportation, including privileged shipments like SEC29, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, heavy transport, etc.
•Control and issue quotations for import and export shipments, warehouse services, and related logistics.
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
•Negotiate favorable rates and services with transportation providers, sub-warehouses, subcontractors, and suppliers.
•Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within specified timelines.
•Address customer problems and complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Prepare and submit sales reports to management.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3-5 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Experience in negotiating and issuing quotations to clients
- Experience in coordinating with overseas agents and/or customs houses
- Understanding of customs clearance, ocean/air freight inquiries
- Business in English (TOEIC800+)
