•On-schedule handling of ocean import/export shipments worldwide
•Complete handling of B/L preparation and docs issuing
•Managing business relationships with carriers/ vendors / subcontractors
•Preparing quotations and supporting tenders
•Corresponding with customers and vendors worldwide
•Calculation of income & expenses
•Maintaining good customer relationships incl. problem-solving
•Managing and implementing department goals and quality Guidelines
Additional Responsibilities:
•In charge of vendor/supplier selection and preparation for the approval process.
•Prepare required documentation for the approval process, including:
oCompany affidavit with 3-months validity.
oPP.20 document.
oAuthorized Director's copy of ID.
Coordinate the approval process with the Branch Manager for the any new account profiles in Seastep and Navision.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Experience in industry with freight forwarder, NVOCC, and / or steamship line
- Familiar with Freight Forwarding
- Good knowledge in MS Office suite
- Bilingual a plus
