Position Summary
The Senior Sales Executive directly contributes to revenue growth at Gogoprint. You will look after a pool of elite customers, with whom you will nurture a strong relationship by anticipating and serving their needs and providing valuable support and advice.
Key Account Management
• Regularly check in with your key accounts to explore their current and future needs, and gather their requirements
• Support key accounts with their orders and provide advice as required
• Build and maintain a close relationship
• Grow the average spend and order frequency of customers
• Maintain clean information in Gogoprint’s CRM and ERP system
Prospecting
• Draw up action plans to acquire new customers: targeting, outreach strategy & pitch
• Proactively execute the plans, hit targets and bring in new customers
• Convert new customers to key accounts with recurring volume
Closing
• Handle inbound leads from business customers
• Identify their requirements and offer suitable products / solutions
• Onboard new leads / customers by presenting Gogoprint, its products and key selling points
General
• Reach sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Negotiate and close deals
• Draw up quotations for customers
• Coordinate with various departments: supply chain, logistics, artwork, etc.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 1-3 years experience in sales (we offer product trainings)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong presentation and negotiation skills, pleasant personality, service-minded, responsible, results-oriented and disciplined
- Excellent English - both verbal and written communications
