รายละเอียดงาน
1.Co-work with team to support new MES system implementation in Thailand plant.
2.Daily monitoring the system and database server to ensure smooth operation and reliability of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) system and SFIS (Shop Floor Integration System) system.
3.Handle unexpected situations of system and trouble shootings timely including submit problem report in PMS system and tracking.
4.Manage change request on ITSD system to support new function release.
5.Solving incident which are opened in ITSD system, install MES program and SFIS on user computer and support as user/customer requirement.
6.Coordinate with central IT developer to develop MES systems function according to organization needs and launched new functions on time.
7.Manage MES user account and authorization assignment.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge skills on MES system
- Knowledge on SQL command in database management.
- At least 3 years of experience in MES or SFIS support.
- Good command to spoken and written in English.
