Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in planning and organizing tours, including itinerary planning, accommodation, transportation, and activity arrangements.
•Provide support in managing bookings and reservations, ensuring all client needs are met promptly and efficiently.
•Collaborate with suppliers, guides, and other partners to ensure services meet or exceed quality standards.
•Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about tours, including schedules, pricing, and special requests.
•Assist in managing on-site tour operations, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any issues that arise.
•Contribute to marketing efforts by providing content and feedback for promotional materials.
•Participate in the development of new tours and services based on market trends and customer feedback.
•Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Additional Skills (Preferred but not required):
•Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.
•Basic knowledge of local attractions, cultural sites, and travel regulations.
•Knowledge of travel software and reservation systems.
