รายละเอียดงาน
- Creat and manage curriculum of blended learning initiatives to support all level of employee Convering Re-Skill, up skill, core talent
- Strategize and set gols as agreed with CEO and Dept. Head on L&D Plan.
- Assisting in the creation and delivery os analytice, trends, feedback, and other data related to learning and development for jinpao to improve operational excellence working closely with the portfolio Managers, Department Head, and HR Advisor.
- Work with Partnership Jinpao Academy Committee and support with the annual plan of L&D priorities and facilitate its delivery.
- Develop and implement a consistent induction program, in line with the APAC onboarding project. Maintains updated curriculum
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bechelor of Science in Industrial Education (Mechanical Engineer), Engineering, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related discipline
- Experience in developing technical course content both for novices experts with technology
- Strong skills in internship people management and develment
