1. Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the Internet, Telephone, CCTV, server, storage and network devices. Service and repair printer
2. Manage the IT recycle programmer for the organization
3. Manage and set up new hardware following IT policies and procedures
4. Infrastructure, Network, Server, Backup & Security, Hardware, Software, and users
5. Contact with external agencies such as the Internet system printer problem
6. Configure and maintain network devices such as Cisco switch, access point, WLC, firewall, MFP, handheld etc.
7. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
8. Documentation Work (ISO, Inventory, Fix Asset, Purchase Request)
9. Provide problem identification, analysis and resolution of all IT problems to end users
10. OS Support – Microsoft Windows 7, 10, 11
11. Management Licenses, MA, PM
12. IT material, Devices spare part (Stock and inventory)
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male 27-35 years
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Working in IT Support Work for 2 years up
- Good command in English or Chinese is more consider
- Having service mind, flexibility and good communication skills
- On-the-job problem-solving skills
- Can work Saturday alternate (08:30-17:30)
