2. Manage the IT recycle programmer for the organization
3. Manage and set up new hardware following IT policies and procedures
4. Infrastructure, Network, Server, Backup & Security, Hardware, Software, and users
5. Contact with external agencies such as the Internet system printer problem
6. Configure and maintain network devices such as Cisco switch, access point, WLC, firewall, MFP, handheld etc.
7. Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems
8. Documentation Work (ISO, Inventory, Fix Asset, Purchase Request)
9. Provide problem identification, analysis and resolution of all IT problems to end users
