1. Participating in our legal team , leading and handling court and arbitration cases 2. Representing firm’s clients in hearings. Litigating cases, court and arbitration. 3. Advising the team and clients on Thai law issues. 4. Complex facts and evidence gathering and research complex legal issues and Supreme Court decisions. 5. Preparing long and complex pleadings and all kind of legal documents that our firm is assigned to work on. 6. Preparing for extensive examination and 1st class cross-examination of witnesses in both Thai and English. 7. Conducting legal researches for cases that we handle. 8. Translating (limited and only as necessary)

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Bachelor's degree
2-10 years of work experience required
Having good command in English
Showing enthusiasm to become a professional
Showing enthusiasm to learn from professional advocates in respect of substantive and procedural laws and litigation techniques
