- Monitor and manage wine inventory , including ordering new stock and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Train and educate other staff member about wine knowledge , including basic understanding of varietals, regions , and food pairings.
- Organize and Conduct wine tastings for customers or special events.
- Ensure the working stations, wine glasses and other equipment are clean ang properly maintained.
