รายละเอียดงาน
- Assis customers in selecting wines from the available list that complement their meal choices.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to recommend wine pairings for new menu items or specials.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering question about wines, making recommendations and addressing any concerns or issues.
- Monitor and manage wine inventory , including ordering new stock and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Train and educate other staff member about wine knowledge , including basic understanding of varietals, regions , and food pairings.
- Organize and Conduct wine tastings for customers or special events.
- Ensure the working stations, wine glasses and other equipment are clean ang properly maintained.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Have 2-4 years experience in Sommelier
- Fluent in communication both Thai and English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- knowledge of different types of wines , regions , grape varieties, and production methods.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and orders effectively.
