1.Supervise and develops performance and activity. 2.Advise and control all process parameter. 3.Advise and make standard operation 4.Advise for Trouble shooting for production process and improvement productivity. 5.Advise for Make the periodic manintenance plan and control maintenance activities. 6.Supervise the production output and quality target. 7.Supervise machine to keep the highest capacity. 8.Advise Process characterise, evaluation and validation. 9.Supervise 5S activities and keepclean working area. 10.Supervise and Control safety regulation. 11.Supervise and Control enviroment regulation as per ISO 12.Training subordinate for better knowledge and working abilities. 13.Supervise Subordinate performance evoluation. 14.Provide data/report or recommendation to higher management. 15.Plan manpower and assign duties to all subordinate. 16.Perform related works as assigned. 17.Supervise and Control for plan and order material, sub material, Chemical and usage.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

Male / Female 30-40 years.
Bachelor degree ( Chemical , Mechanical , Production )
Have a experience 5 years.
Have a good in English, Computer program skills.
Acknowledge in process plating.
