We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our chemical manufacturing facility. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining a safe working environment, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize productivity and profitability.

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

ฺBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the chemical manufacturing industry.
Strong technical knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and environmental standards applicable to chemical manufacturing.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
