1. Community Engagement:
- Plan and organize community-driven events such as Facebook groups or offline communities.
- Develop and execute strategies to encourage user interaction or engagement activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop community-centered campaigns that align with business goals.
- Foster relationships with the influencer team to amplify our brand reach.
2. Trend Monitoring and Item Curation:
- Monitor the latest fashion trends and customer preferences to ensure product selections, including the product sliders and curated item sections on the application and website, align with market demand.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to keep the fashion collections fresh, relevant, and exciting for the community.
- Continuously update and optimize on-site and in-app curation features to reflect seasonal trends, new arrivals, and high-performing products.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Report on the effectiveness of community marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, online communities, and social media platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative mindset.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with campaign marketing, influencer marketing, and design teams.
- Experience with influencer marketing and user-generated content campaigns is a plus.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
