Job responsibilities
1. Responsible for answering customer calls, answering customer inquiries, and handling customer complaints and suggestions.
2. Provide customers with timely and accurate services through online chat tools.
3. Follow up customer orders, coordinate relevant departments to solve customer problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.
4. Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.
