- Manage the career and succession planning process
- Provide performance management guidance to Head of management
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Develop and implement an HR Strategy which supports and aligns with the company goal
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR-related issues, concerns, and questions.
- Investigate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and discreet manner.
- Identify training needs and create programs to enhance employee skills
- Lead leadership development initiatives to grow the management skills of team leaders and department heads.
