Position: Customer Center Agent (International Company)
3 months contract
🔑Key Responsibilities:
-Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
-Provide accurate and relevant information to customers and ensure that their queries are resolved efficiently.
-Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that may require additional support.
-Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
-Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
✨ Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in any field
-Good command of both Thai and English languages, both written and spoken.
-Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred, but not required., Welcome New graduate
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-Customer-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service
