รายละเอียดงาน
• Create a complete roadmap to build knowledge and capability of business partners and staff in using and selling products, mainly health supplements, and beauty products.
• Create and provide training materials, training sessions, and supporting tools such as product training slides, fact sheets, frequently asked questions, contents, clips, etc.
• Utilize social media and online tools to provide knowledge and enhance product needs
• Design and develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules, focused on Botox and Filler products.
• Conduct training sessions for healthcare providers, sales representatives, and internal staff, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of product features, benefits, and administration techniques.
• Provide hands-on training and demonstrations on the correct use and application of Botox and Filler products.
• Provide consultation to staffs and business partners regarding product usages and related health issues.
• Create training reports to highlight successes and analyze to improve training performance.
• Collaborate with Sales Team to drive business in order to achieve sales targets. Setting up local sales & co-ordinate marketing activities with sales.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Botox and Filler products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Address technical and product-related questions from trainees and provide expert guidance.
• Ensure that all training activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male or Female, Age 23 – 35 years old.
- Bachelor degree in Pharmacy or Related Field.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a training role within the medical or cosmetic industry, with specific knowledge of Botox and Filler products.
- Fresh Grads are welcome.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in an understandable manner.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and educational training materials.
- Experience with various training methods and technologies.
- Ability to travel to different locations for on-site training sessions.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying training schedules and needs
