Job scope
•Order to Cash, the position is the primary point of contact for Retail, Commercial & Industrial (C&I) and related BU support scope under CSC.
•Manage customers’ request/ inquiry and complaint via call/ email correspondence, including coordinating with cross functions to solve issues for customers in timely manner.
•Provide 1st level support/trouble shooting resolution for customers in related to self-help system and digital platform ex., mobile application, including loyalty program etc.
•Assist in day-to-day coordination and management of loyalty program operational/ back-office activities ex., Card Operation ex., Starcard request handling etc.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- •At least bachelor’s degree in any fields, preferably in Business Administration
- •Minimum 2 years of direct experience in customer services related to orders receive and management, handling complaints and customers’ Q&A in all areas (e.g. products, services, company information), providing sales administrative support. Background in the oil/gas/energy, FMCG, Consumer Products, Retail, Fleet, Logistics and Transportation, Card, or financial business is a plus.
- •Good communication skills in both Thai and English (speaking, listening, writing and reading) or equivalent to TOEIC test score at least 600.
- •Ability to deal with and work with non-Thais in the international environment e.g. the international meeting participation, presentation in English.
- •Good interpersonal skills
- •Result oriented with service mind focus
- •Proficiency of computer application i.e. MS office, MS Excel (SAP is a plus)
- •Ability to work in shifts, weekday and weekend (with Overtime pay where applicable as per Company guideline)
- •Having experience for loyalty program support is a plus
