As a Sales & Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in promoting and selling our software development services
and products. We are looking for an energetic and driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing.
This role enables you to work both on-site at our Krabi office and remotely, with a flexible schedule.
## Key Responsibilities:
**Sales**
- Promote and sell our Software Development Services (e.g., Mobile App Development).
- Promote and sell our Software Development Products.
- Achieve target sales figures and contribute to revenue growth.
**Marketing**
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare marketing materials such as flyers and images for online advertisements.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Optimize content for SEO and manage SEM campaigns.
**Customer Relationship Management**
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers
- Manage customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
**Marketing Materials**
- Manage and update various social media channels to boost our online presence.
- Create engaging content to drive social media engagement rates.
**Social Media Management**
- Manage and update various social media channels to boost our online presence.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Good proficiency in English.
- Driver’s license (car).
- Basic understanding of software services and products.

- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Hootsuite).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
