•Responsible for In-house quality process (Machining Process Quality Control). •Manage Standard Room, Metallurgical Lab and Team of Quality inspectors. •Create Quality KPI’s , Monitor them and ensure improvement in same. •Responsible for overall project handling from quality side. •Make the APQP quality development program and implement throughout the product development cycle. •Responsible for APQP program launch •Provide the technical expertise to resolve in-house development concern. •Responsible for timely PPAP submission at customer end. •Ensure the readiness of plan and equipment’s for development and SOP •Responsible for successful audit of customer and external 3rd parties. •Responsible for technical and commercial finalization with supplier for equipment’s
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
  1. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
  2. With Min 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Department.
  3. With Min 5 years of relevant experience in Gear Manufacturing & Development projects.
  4. Knowledge of APQP for development project.
  5. Should have understanding of gear parameters like, DOP/MOT/LP/DIN_Class /visual defects
  6. Hand-on experience on gear inspection equipment’s like CMM, Lead profile tester , roundcom , rougness tester etc will be benefitted.
  7. Hand-on experience on handling internal & external customer , process Audits, technical knowledge.
  8. Knowledge of quality standards, equipment’s, PFMEA, APQP, PPAP submission & Quality system ISO:9001:2008/TS/IATF16949/VDA 6.3 etc.
