-Forecast demand, manage budgets, and analyze price trends.
-Prepare and manage purchasing budgets and reports.
-Oversee procurement of raw materials, packaging or other relevant.
-Oversee and manage purchasing team.
-Work closely with the operations teams, Marketing or other relevant teams to forecast demand and manage supply chain issues.
-Negotiate cost-saving initiatives with suppliers and monitor inventory levels.
- Monitor market trends and prices to make informed purchasing decisions
- Control inventory levels to reduce waste and inventory holding costs.
-Coordinate with suppliers, distribution centers and operations teams to ensure smooth operations.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, procurement and logistics or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the F&B industry. (about planning and purchasing)
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven leadership and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
