-Lead and implement human capital development strategies to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career progression.
-Design, deliver, and evaluate training and development programs to meet organizational goals and employee needs.
-Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to assess skill gaps and develop tailored learning plans.
-Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and development.
-Conduct talent assessments, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
-Monitor and analyze employee development metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
-Provide coaching and mentoring to team members, ensuring consistent professional growth.
-Facilitate performance management processes, including feedback mechanisms, 360-degree reviews, and development plans.
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resource Development (HRD), Organizational Development (OD), or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of talent development, training methodologies, and performance management processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with change management and leadership development programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
